“Everyone always talks about the things you do for your wedding day. Like hire a venue, get a photographer, buy a dress, buy the rings, makeup, hair, flowers etc etc - but if I'm being perfectly honest here, I feel no one talks about the paper work leading up to the day as well as the person who will lawfully marry you which is just as important as the day itself.
“When Daniel and I reached out to Ingrid, neither of us knew what to expect in terms of paperwork and all I personally wanted to do was just the paperwork without the wedding but Ingrid reminded us we don't need to conform to big expensive weddings. We can at least sign the papers somewhere meaningful and that's all it took to ignite a spark within us both. We did exactly that and invited a few close family members and friends and it was perfect for us.
“Ingrid listened to us without pushing us into anything, she went through all the paperwork with us and explain everything, she reminded us of some stuff like bringing a table to sign the paperwork and what would we like to be announced as after we are lawfully married which we hadn't thought of.
