A Tailored Ceremony

Legal’s only ceremony (Approx 10mins)
Small gathering
PA System can be supplied at an extra cost
Ceremony to be held within 20kms radius of Holsworthy
(Extra travel fee outside of the area)
NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage) to be completed minimum one calendar month prior to ceremony.
Initial meeting to sign the NOIM and discuss your day.
Signing the Declaration of No Legal Impediment form on the day, before the ceremony begins.
Performance of a set legal wording only ceremony at a place suitable to everyone.
Ceremonies can be performed in English and Spanish.
A ring exchange.
Signing of all legal documents on the day (you will need two witnesses who are over 18 present).
Commemorative Commonwealth Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
Preparation of all legal documents, registered and lodged with the NSW Registry of Birth, Death and Marriages after the ceremony.
I can apply for your certificate of marriage through Birth, Death and Marriages for an additional fee according to BDM, or you can apply for your own certificate after the ceremony.

A wedding ceremony, tailored for you both

A questionnaire to help get to know you both.
Signing the Declaration of No Legal Impediment form at a convenient time for all (as close to the ceremony date as possible).
One rehearsal at the venue, where possible.
A unique ceremony that celebrates you both - it’s important that your day is everything you wish it to be.
A draft of the ceremony emailed to you to ensure that it is exactly as you want.
Ceremonies can be performed in English and/or Spanish (translation of ceremony will incur an additional $100.00).
PA system (as required, depending on weather).
Music of your choosing on the day.
I will co-ordinate with musicians, event managers, and other relevant parties on the day to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly.
A ring exchange.
